Why Buy The 1920 Precision 1 MHz LCR Meter?

  • Robust and production oriented LCR meter for automating your impedance measurements
  • A wide frequency range 20 Hz to 1 MHz at an affordable price
  • When both ac impedance and dc resistance measurements are needed
  • Standard RS232, IEEE-488 & PLC interfaces simplify automation
  • When internal bias current is required for testing coils and inductors
  • Configure instrument and log results to PC using the 1900 Virtual Front Panel or LabView driver

Description

There are two versions of the 1 MHz Precision LCR Meter, the 1910 and 1920

The 1920 1 MHz LCR Meter is the most popular and designed to perform capacitance and impedance measurements on a variety of electronic components and materials over a frequency range from 20 Hz to 1 MHz. The 1920 features programmable bias voltage from 1 mV to 2 V for biasing capacitors and other semiconductor devices during measurements.

The 1910 Inductance Analyzer has the same feature as the 1920, with the bias voltage feature being replace by a programmable bias current of up to 1 A. The bias current features makes the 1910 designed to perform inductance and impedance measurements on coils and wire wound devices over a frequency range from 20 Hz to 1 MHz.

Emphasis has been placed on ease of use through menu programming, and fast accurate production testing via its remote control capability with RS-232, handler and GPIB interfaces.

15 Different Impedance Parameters/20 Total Parameters Measure and display any two parameters simultaneously, to achieve coverage and flexibility not previously available.

Automatic Test Sequencing Run up to six different tests in sequence with a single push of the start button. Each test can have different conditions and limits.
Program Storage Test setups can be stored and recalled from internal memory. The front panel can be locked out, with password protection, to ensure procedures are run the same way every time.
Configure instrument and log results to PC IET offers a Window based program that can be downloaded for free.
